Shortcircuit city

AP:

Bankrupt Circuit City Stores Inc., unable to work out a sale of the company, said Friday it will go out of business — closing its 567 U.S. stores and cutting 30,000 jobs.

Some blame their business model, but I blame their repetitive in-house music selections.

More like Best Buy, but same difference.

I though everything was Walmart's fault.

I shop at Best Buy, because they don't yell at you when you try and return something.

The last time I walked into a circuit city was about 7 years ago. I didn't have a receipt because what I was returning was a gift and I didn't know where the gift came from. Typically when that happens you get store credit for the item.

But The manager there gave me so much attitude because their policy (that they praise themselves over never needing a receipt to return anything) required information be placed in the system for me to get any sort of store credit. I flat out told her that I would never shop at their store again.
