I am enjoying reading the concerns of economists on the poor concerning this issues and the law of unintended consequences. By taking these cars off the road we are driving up the cost of used cars which the poor and the young can afford. Now how will your cleaning lady commute to clean your house and where will that nice family of four live since they cant stay in the shelter because dad isnt abusive.

but hay on the sunny side of life we will have clean skies and even more debt that we willing put on ourselves. cant wait for the Chinese to stop buying our bonds and say dig yourselves out of your hole. yea
