Is Perry going to finally start running instead of acting like he's the heir to the throne?

I was initially curious about him, but the smug email campaign has put me off.

It's 2:30 p.m. and I can't find any news reports about that grand announcement. Then again, Perry has posted anything on his blog either, so you can hardly fault the media.

Perry did Tweet that the press conference was a big success. He promised to actually post some substance about it soon.

This is the most meta campaign imaginable.
