CBS Marketwatch:
General Motors Co. on Tuesday increased the proposed price of its upcoming initial public offering to a range of $32 a share to $33 a share, from its earlier range of $26 a share to $29 a share. The price change indicates healthy interest in IPO. ... At the midpoint of the new price range, GM will raise $13.6 billion, which would make it the second-richest common stock IPO in U.S. history behind the $18 billion Visa IPO in 2008.
